The Inn is centrally located and the staff were extremely friendly. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. It is a cozy place with lots of ambiance. We had a great time and would stay there again. It's an excellent value for your money.
The space was a lot smaller than expected. It is extremely close quarters so if you're someone who needs space this is not for you. The breakfast included is more of a gourmet cuisine than the traditional American favorites. The menu is also pre-selected so you have no options. The elevator was a bit slow but still effective.

The room and the excellent breakfasts. The view from the rooftop area was excellent too, as was the free drink offered every day betweek 4 & 6 pm.
We were overcharged by nearly $100, which we discovered on looking at our Credit Card statement. We are now waiting for a refund.

Due my length, the receptionist offered us (by herself) a room with a kingsize bed. This small hotel is run by people who really care about their guests. The room was very clean.
The location of the hotel is good if you want to go to the beach. If you want to go down town you have to walk several blocks. Ad arrival it's hard to get a parking spot, eventually i parked my car in the street next to the hotel, after checking in you can park your car behind the hotel.

Though the room size was average, the interior was well designed and almost new. It was great to use the Jacuzzi and jump into the bed right after. Staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful not only in in giving hints where to go in the area but also for our trip further south.

The facilities are fantastic. Bathroom with big bathtub (for 2) and beautiful design (photo site for local modelling agency). The owners are extremely kind and offer some personal attention not often seen. A welcome drink at the bar without charge, a breakfast that is made fresh by the owners of exquisite quality. Free DVD library.
Like many hotels the TV channels were not correctly installed.

I recently enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious breakfast that was like a fine dining experience and the cozy vibe of the lounge. The outdoor fire pit and beautiful garden provided perfect relaxation spots after a long day. The only thing is that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin my time at all 👍

Quirky interior which made it more than your standard hotel. Very friendly staff with offered a free drink and nibbles. Great roof terrace with lovely sea views and comfortable hotel room with a massive jet shower.
The breakfast was lovely and tasty but would have liked to have been offered musli and toast as well. A bit far from the centre of Monterey (25 min walk)

My friend and I travelled across California. We stayed at del Monte for one night and I was apprehensive after reading about the location. We had absolutely nothing to worry about. We are two young girls if 24 and the location was on The main street. You could park off the street and walk a couple if steps to the front door. It was about a ten Minute drive to the aquarium. The staff where excellent, the room was beautiful with a huge comfy bed and massive bathroom with the most fabulous shower. I loved this hotel and would recommend anyone, particularly those who are driving, to stay here.

This quirky hotel was a good stay! The personal touches really stood out, like the welcome drink on the rooftop bar, such a nice way to unwind. The big comfy beds and the fabulous complimentary breakfast made our mornings bright. Perfect for relaxation!
My wife says that the bathroom could use more amenities for added comfort.
